Today’s plugged-in tweens have a lot going on in their lives — and in their space! The Smartstuff™ bedroom furniture series provides tech-friendly solutions, and the Bellamy Collection wraps the innovations of the series in a grown-up package that’s just perfect for coming-of-age kids.

The Bellamy Allure

bellamy girls bedroom furnitureBellamy is the perfect combination of maturing style, modern simplicity, and practical innovations. Envision textured Daisy White finish which will make your daughter feel like is on top of the world. Flat parting rails pair with bow-front drawers and tapered legs to create a fluid design.

This stable, traditional look, however, is not void of visual interest. Much like a classic wardrobe can be updated with trendy accessories, the Bellamy Collection includes two accent finishes, Accent Rose and French Grey, updating the look with an eclectic appeal.

The Universal Advantage

As the children’s branch of Universal Furniture, the Smartstuff™ series reflects the kind of quality for which the company’s adult-oriented furniture is well known. Some examples of the caliber of furniture include the construction of beds and drawers.

Self-closing drawers are constructed with English dovetailing, include built-in drawer stops and full-extension metal drawer guides, and have been tested to 50,000 cycles.

The Smartstuff™ Attributes

Don’t let the classic appearance of the Bellamy Collection fool you: Behind the veneers, it’s anything but conventional. Consistent with other Smartstuff™ collections, each piece is designed with state-of-the-art details that will convince even your most reticent tween that this furniture was truly designed with their storage and technology needs in mind.

With the Reading Bed’s 23” foot board height, your tween will feel secure.

Alternative beds within the Bellamy Collection include the Trellis Beds (in Twin & Full sizes) and Bunk Beds. Most of the Bellamy beds can accommodate Storage or Trundle Units. The coordinating Bellamy Night Stand includes built-in under-mount lighting as well as a top lid that flips up to reveal electrical outlets. For top bunks, a convenient Clock Tray allows your child to plug in an alarm clock, iPod, or other gadgets without creating a safety hazard or added clutter.

Other thoughtful details in the Bellamy collection include an accessory hook on the side of the Drawer Chest and accessory rods that pull out of it. All dressers include a large bottom drawer with removable dividers, and the Dressing Chest has a dedicated space for your tween’s game console or DVD player.
