Inflatable Pool Waterslides for Kids

Last updated on May 17, 2018 by Sozo Staff Leave a Comment

Some situations make a traditional water slide a poor choice, but that doesn’t mean a waterslide is entirely out of the question! Whether you don’t have enough space or simply aren’t ready to commit to a permanent waterslide, an inflatable waterslide might be just right!

Intex water slide inflatable play center

Water Slide Inflatable Play Center

This Water Slide Inflatable Play Center from Intex stands approximately 5 feet tall. It is easy to store when it isn’t in use; as an alternative, you can bring it to someone else’s pool or lend it out to others. It can also be used as a traditional slide when it’s too cold to play in the water! This versatile slide includes 8 durable handles to allow for safe and easy climbing. The bases can be inflated in order to provided added strength, and the ramp along the edge can help prevent accidents.

With 7 separate air chambers and a repair patch, this slide is definitely designed to withstand plenty of powerful play! Use the garden hose tool in order to provide continuous water flow. Of course, any inflatable slide will lack the kind of stability and durability of a built-in slide, and this one is not meant to hold the weight of an adult. Unlike more permanent slides, it does not include any kind of warranty. This inflatable slide is not recommended for children under the age of 6. At a fraction of the price of a permanent waterslide, though, we think it’s a pretty good deal.

Swimline superslide inflatable in ground pool water slide

Swimline Superslide

The SuperSlide Inflatable In Ground Pool Water Slide by Swimline stands 40 inches high. This 58-inch-wide inflatable requires 96 inches to accommodate its length; however, some of that can actually be inside the pool. This waterslide is comprised of heavy gauge vinyl and has reinforced seams for durability. With water weight compartments and built-in stairs (complete with grab rails), this slide has more safety features than other ones in its class. The adjustable water spray head connection adds to the adventures when a standard garden hose is attached to the slide.

Slick Slider Island inflatable water slide

Slick Slider Island

Measuring 86 inches by 40 inches, the Slick Slider Island Inflatable Water Slide requires no poolside space, because it floats in the pool! Ideal for younger children, it features 10-gauge PVC construction for durability and includes 3 air chambers. A single anchor point and 6 handles help ensure safety. A 5-foot water depth is recommended.

Rave O-Zone Plus Water Bouncer

O-Zone Plus

Another inflatable slide intended to float inside the pool, the Rave O-Zone Plus Water Bouncer can accommodate up to 2 children at once, within its 240-pound capacity. The 5-foot bounce platform combines with the slide to offer plenty of play possibilities! The platform, bouncer, and slide each incorporate soft vinyl handles, and the perimeter of the unit also incorporates grab lines. This item inflates to 208 inches by 96 inches, and the slide is 54 inches tall. Constructed of durable 28-gauge PVC, this slide is recommended for children between the ages of 6 and 10.
